Our Call-Out service allows you to get through those stressful days when you have unexpected call outs and find yourself short handed. Call us today and we can get you registered for our on-demand staff service. *Account registration must be completed 72 hours prior to use of on-demand service.
Starting Hourly Rates
NON-REFUNDABLE Booking Fee (Paid Upon Booking)
initial deposit of $60 required at the time of booking for services plus $40 per extra staff needed. Initial $60 + $40 each additional staff. (i.e. 1 staff = $60, 2 staff + Lead = $140, 3 staff + Lead = $180, etc.) Parties that require 2 or more staff must be accompanied by a Lead.
What is NOT used for billed services will be refunded after the completion of staffing services.
All Services requires a minimum of 4 hrs to hire fill-in staff for any shift. Pricing is based off a 5-7 day notice for staffing needs (14days for 10 or more staff). There will be an additional $8 per hour charge per staff for notice of hire in 24hrs or less. There will be an additional charge of $5 per hour per staff for work performed after 11pm. Payment Policy: All rates are final and gratuity is not expected but accepted. All payments should be made to Royal Food Service and Catering. We can accept Credit/Debit cards, check or paypal for booking fees.
